Product Development Specialist

As a Product Development Specialist at EHPlabs, you will play a pivotal role in bringing innovative product ideas to life. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, R&D, and supply chain, to ensure that all products meet company standards, market demands, and regulatory requirements.
You will be responsible for overseeing the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, while ensuring that our products align with the EHPlabs brand and ethos.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the CEO, Operations, and Marketing teams to generate new product ideas based on market trends and consumer insights.
- Work cross-functionally with R&D, flavoring, packaging, sourcing, and quality assurance to develop and refine product formulations.
- Manage project timelines and ensure key development milestones are achieved within budget and on time.
- Oversee product testing processes, including sensory evaluations, stability tests, and consumer trials.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in product development, preferably within the health, supplement, or fitness industries.
- Strong project management skills, ensuring that all tasks and timelines are managed effectively.
- Highly detail-oriented, creative, and able to think critically to solve complex problems.
- Passionate about health, fitness, and continuous improvement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
