Role Highlights- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain adequate nursing coverage and provide safe patient care.

- Oversee medication management to ensure compliance with company policy and regulatory requirements.
- Provide direct patient care alongside other unit nurses to maintain skills and expertise.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A graduate degree from an accredited school of licensed practical nursing.
- Current licensure by the State Board of Examiners of Nurses in New Mexico.
- A minimum of one year of nurse management experience.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
We offer a competitive salary, ranging from $34 to $37 per hour, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, and life insurance, we also offer tuition reimbursement, wireless service discounts, and employee assistance programs.
