About the Role: As an LPN Nursing Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality nursing care while ensuring compliance with healthcare standards. You will lead, guide, and direct clinical operations, ensuring that nursing units provide safe and effective care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage nursing staff, conduct performance assessments, and collaborate with the Director of Nursing to ensure patient care excellence.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the DON to maintain adequate nursing coverage for 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Requirements:

  • Must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
  • Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensed practical nurse licensure.
  • Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
