**Job Responsibilities:**
As an LPN at Recovery Innovations, you will be responsible for providing medical support and care to individuals in crisis. Your responsibilities will include:
* Assisting with intake process* Collecting blood or urine specimens and arranging transport to lab as ordered* Monitoring care of individuals, including monitoring of medications under RN supervision* Maintaining accurate medication records in accordance with policy and state regulations* Providing education on diabetic care, psychiatric medication, and other medical needs* Coordinating care, including assisting individuals with making medical appointments as needed* Completing clinical documentation as required* Performing other related duties assigned by management

**Requirements:**
* Graduation from an accredited LPN program* Current and valid LPN license* Minimum of one year of experience working in a behavioral health setting* Ability to pass de-escalation training, as defined by state requirements* High level of confidentiality (HIPAA guidelines and regulations) and professionalism* Must be able to pass a seven-year background check, substance abuse testing, and/or tuberculous testing (if applicable)* Must be able to pass education verification check* Must be able to pass three-year motor vehicle report and meet minimum eligibility requirements criteria of insurance carrier (if driving is required for this position)

We offer a competitive salary range of $25-$27 per hour, depending on experience. Benefits include nine company-paid holidays, paid-time off, company-paid group life insurance, medical, dental, and vision plans, retirement plans with company match, and employee assistance programs.
