About the Role:
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) plays a vital role in our rehabilitation and healthcare center, providing high-quality care to our residents. As an LPN, you will be responsible for supervising staff and ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of all residents under your care.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the care provided by nursing staff
- Assess and evaluate the physical and emotional needs of residents
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current State License as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- LTC/SNF experience preferred
