We are in search of a skilled and driven individual to take on the role of Quality Assurance and Customer Satisfaction Supervisor. In this pivotal position, you will be instrumental in maintaining our reputation for delivering exceptional residential properties to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive quality assurance inspections on residential construction projects.
  • Facilitate walkthroughs with homeowners to address concerns, clarify warranty details, educate them on home features, and ensure their overall satisfaction.
  • Oversee and coordinate the punch-out team to guarantee timely completion of necessary repairs and enhancements.
  • Work closely with project managers to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Proactively identify potential quality concerns and offer innovative solutions to mitigate or resolve them.
  • Maintain precise documentation and records pertaining to quality inspections, homeowner interactions, and punch-out activities.
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in residential construction or a related field, ideally in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a strong capability to identify and rectify quality issues.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage high-volume projects effectively.
  • Confident and assertive demeanor to uphold quality standards and communicate expectations clearly.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective interaction with homeowners and team members.
  • Proficient in utilizing technology and software for documenting inspections and managing project data.
  • Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Relevant certifications or qualifications in quality assurance or construction management are a plus.
  • Access to reliable transportation for commuting to various work sites.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Performance bonuses, vehicle allowance, and mobile phone allowance.

Estimated Total Annual Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000

Job Type: Full-time

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, day shift.
