Key Role:

The Senior Sales Executive is pivotal in steering the growth trajectory of Pioneer Service. This role entails overseeing the Sales Team and ensuring that customer needs align seamlessly with our machining capabilities. The Senior Sales Executive will report directly to the CEO and collaborate closely with clients, suppliers, and the production team to fulfill business goals.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement a robust sales strategy aimed at achieving or surpassing revenue objectives.
  • Identify and explore new business avenues and markets within the precision machining sector.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with current clients while actively seeking to broaden the client base.
  • Engage in travel to meet with prospects, clients, and vendors as necessary to cultivate strong partnerships.
  • Represent the company at industry trade shows and events.
  • Instill a sense of urgency in project completion and task execution.
  • Monitor and assess market trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • Contribute to the Company Marketing Plan by aligning sales efforts with overarching marketing strategies.
  • Maintain open lines of communication with clients to adapt to their evolving requirements.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team, establishing performance benchmarks and providing guidance to enhance both individual and team performance.
  • Oversee the development and refinement of Work Instructions for essential operational processes.
  • Provide regular updates on sales performance, market dynamics, and strategic initiatives to the executive leadership.
  • Exemplify conduct that aligns with the company's mission, values, ethical standards, and policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in sales leadership roles within the precision machining industry.
  • Comprehensive understanding of CNC Swiss machining processes.
  • Strong grasp of manufacturing processes, quality benchmarks, and cost management, particularly in a digital manufacturing context.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic mindset with the capability to devise and implement business plans that embrace digital transformation.
  • Proven leadership experience in motivating and managing cross-functional teams in a digital manufacturing setting.

Physical Requirements:
