Job Opportunity: General Manager at Iconic High-End Restaurant in Washington, D.C.

We are seeking an exceptional General Manager to lead our premier dining destination in the heart of Washington, D.C. This role requires a candidate who is not only a visionary leader but also deeply passionate about delivering extraordinary dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring an exceptional experience for our distinguished guests.
  • Lead and inspire a diverse team of managers, chefs, and service personnel to achieve excellence.
  • Implement strategic plans to drive sales and enhance the restaurant's reputation in the high-end market.
  • Maintain the highest standards of quality and service that our clientele expects.

Qualifications:

  • Proven leadership experience in a high-volume, upscale dining environment.
  • Strong financial acumen with a track record of managing $6M to $8M in annual sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a collaborative and motivated team culture.
  • Ability to develop and execute innovative strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
