Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement performance improvement and quality assurance programs to enhance nutrition services and patient satisfaction.
- Collaborate with patients, clinical teams, and food service staff to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Ensure adherence to Sodexo operating policies and procedures, maintaining high standards and quality assurance.
- Accountable for executing service quality and ensuring customer and client satisfaction.
- Conduct regular patient rounding and host monthly diet education classes with Nutrition Assistants.
- Serve as the onsite expert for the patient ordering system.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to maintain high standards and implement company policies.
- Passion for patients and customers, ensuring Sodexo CARES behaviors are followed daily.
- Knowledge of nutrition and specialized diets.
- Experience with oversight of diet offices and/or strong management skills in healthcare.
