Job Title: Associate Director of Revenue Cycle Management

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Director of Revenue Cycle Management to oversee all revenue activities and develop strategies to increase profitability and meet financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

* Define strategic objectives and work closely with internal stakeholders and revenue cycle business partners to evaluate and analyze existing systems and processes.

* Ensure compliance with federal and state legal requirements by researching existing and accessing new legislation and consulting with outside advisors.

* Complete all regulatory and company documentation and reporting in accordance with established and/or required schedules.

* Advise management of actions and potential risks.

* Work proactively and closely with the compliance team on regulatory and credentialing matters impacting revenue cycle processes and develop strong relationships with payers and health plans to ensure streamlined problem resolution and maximized opportunities.

* Respond to inquiries related to insurance billing concerns, collection law and insurance protocol escalated by billing team staff.

Requirements:

* Bachelor of Arts or Science in Healthcare Administration or related field AND 5+ years relevant management experience, including 3 years of related experience working in healthcare.

* OR Master of Arts or Science in Healthcare Administration or related field AND 3+ years relevant management experience, including 3 years of related experience working in healthcare.
