Revenue Growth Strategist

AIS HealthCare seeks a seasoned Revenue Cycle Manager to oversee the operations of its collections department. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of contract analysis and be skilled in managing a team to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the collections department to optimize revenue cycle performance
- Develop and implement strategies to improve contract analysis and revenue recognition
- Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in revenue cycle management, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving operational efficiency
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
Competitive Salary:
We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, successful candidates can also expect opportunities for professional growth and development.
