Director of Revenue Operations

Omnicell is seeking a highly skilled Director of Revenue to join our Finance team. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the Revenue Recognition teams to ensure accurate and timely revenue recognition in accordance with GAAP.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Revenue Recognition teams to ensure compliance with GAAP and ASC 606
- Review sales agreements for their impact on financial statements
- Prepare technical accounting memos for complex arrangements
- Oversee the financial statement close process for all related accounts
- Maintain relationships with Sales, Legal, and internal Finance teams
- Manage multiple direct reports and serve as a subject matter expert for multiple lines of domestic and foreign business
Requirements:
- Thorough understanding of ASC 606 and GAAP
- Experience working with sales organizations and customers in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to motivate and develop staff
- Experience managing remote teams
- Experience with accounting rules ASC 606 relating to software, hardware, SaaS, and services revenue recognition
