Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Care Coordinator to join our team at The Opportunity Alliance. As a key member of our crisis residential program, you will provide therapeutic support and care to individuals experiencing mental health crises.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to direct care clinical services under the supervision of the program director and clinical team
  • Support individuals in achieving their goals and stabilizing their situations
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care

Requirements:

  • Master of Social Work degree or related field, with licensure in progress
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in mental health or Co-Occurring Disorders
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check and obtain a Mental Health Rehabilitation Technician certification
