As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our residents, promoting their independence, dignity, and individuality.

Responsibilities

  • Administer medications to residents in accordance with their individual care plans
  • Monitor residents' health and well-being, reporting any concerns to the nursing team
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of services

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience as a Certified Residential Medication Aide
  • Excellent judgment and decision-making skills
  • Caring attitude and strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid CRMA certification and ability to maintain certification
