Relief Residential Crisis Clinician

We are seeking a skilled Relief Residential Crisis Clinician to join our team at The Opportunity Alliance. As a key member of our crisis residential program, you will provide therapeutic support and coordination of care to individuals experiencing a mental health crisis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct clinical services, including assessment, treatment planning, and crisis stabilization
- Collaborate with residential staff to ensure seamless care coordination
- Conduct clinical consultations to support staff and clients
- Participate in program development and implementation
Requirements:
- Master of Social Work or Master of Counseling degree from an accredited graduate school
- LCSW or LCPC preferred, conditional clinical licensure required
- Minimum of 1 year of direct experience with Co-Occurring Disorders preferred
