One Haus, a renowned dining establishment, is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen operations. This role requires a seasoned professional with a minimum of 5 years in high-volume restaurants and at least 3 years in a leadership position.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a proven track record of culinary innovation, menu development, and team leadership. They will be responsible for maintaining consistency and quality across all menu items, as well as overseeing kitchen staff and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities• Menu Development: Collaborate with the Chef Owner to design seasonal menus that showcase fresh, high-quality ingredients.
• Kitchen Management: Oversee food preparation, cooking, and plating, ensuring consistency and precision in presentation and quality.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a diverse kitchen staff, providing training and regular performance reviews to foster growth and excellence.
• Inventory Control: Manage inventory and ordering of specialized ingredients, developing relationships with suppliers to secure best products and timely deliveries.
• Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous quality control standards, conducting tastings and kitchen audits to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations.
• Minimum 5 years in high-volume restaurants with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Proven ability to lead a kitchen team in a fast-paced environment
