Daily Responsibilities

  • Deliver IT services to all business units and users in the region.
  • Collaborate with the Regional team to ensure compliance with IT standard operating procedures.
  • Oversee IT security and infrastructure management to maintain uninterrupted service.
  • Assist in the execution of local IT initiatives.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including contract reviews for IT products and services.
  • Provide training and support for new users on company systems.
  • Conduct hardware and software maintenance.
  • Support the IT Team Lead in achieving organizational goals through effective IT support.

Qualifications for Success

Educational Background

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in IT and business support within an ITIL framework.
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English.

Key Competencies

  • Strong focus on customer service and project management.
  • Ability to work independently with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated with a desire to learn and enhance technical skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for managing customer and partner relationships.
  • Customer-oriented mindset.

Technical Expertise

  • Proficient in Windows Server management, including Active Directory.
  • Experience with Citrix support.
  • Intermediate networking skills, including VoIP.
  • Advanced knowledge of network printing.
  • Familiarity with Office 365.
  • Experience with Oracle and MS SQL databases.
  • Knowledge of SSRS and BI reporting.
