IT Associate, Technology Support (Korea)

What the day will look like
- IT service delivery supports to all business unit/users in Korea (+ Japan if needed)
- Engaging with Regional team and ensure all IT compliance related matters are aligned and complied with IT standard operating procedures.
- Ensure IT security and infrastructure within Aon Korea (+ Aon Japan) is managed and zero down time.
- Support and execute IT initiatives locally.
- Vendor management (eg. Supporting IT Team Lead to review contract/agreement Information Technology products and services)
- Provide guidance and coaching for new end users on Companys systems
- H/W and S/W maintenance
- Assist IT Team Lead in executing and meeting Companys goal & objective, by leveraging IT support to all business units.

Skills and experience that will lead to success
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 2 Years relevant IT & Business support experience in an ITIL environment
- Good written and communication skills in English
Competencies
- Strong customer service focus, Managing / Supporting Projects
- Independent with good analytical, planning and problem analysis and solving skills
- Self-driven, with eagerness to learn and develop technical skills
- Strong ability to manage customers and partners
- Customer service orientation
Technical Knowledge
- In depth knowledge on Windows Server (eg. AD)
- Ability to support Citrix
- Intermediate Networking skills including VoIP
- Advanced skills in network printing
- Office 365
- Oracle / MS SQL DB
- SSRS / BI reporting
