Job Summary

ACO, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inside Sales Manager to join our team. As an Inside Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives and driving sales growth through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and goals.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  • Provide coaching and training to sales representatives to improve sales skills and performance.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in sales leadership or management.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
