Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Manager Service to lead our after sales business strategy in the RENA region. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing the business roadmap, driving brand-led growth, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct dealership assessments to evaluate channel partner performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance channel partner profitability and service infrastructure.
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop targeted solutions to drive growth.
  • Monitor customer complaints and quality issues, and work with the central After Sales Team to resolve problems.
  • Develop and execute service marketing campaigns to win back lost customers and increase service revenue.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in after sales, spare parts, and network development in the Automobile Industry.
  • Strong technical background and awareness of consumer laws in the country.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as Business Administration or Marketing.
