Job Overview

We are seeking a driven individual to join our team as a sales representative specializing in serving First Responders. This is an exceptional opportunity for those who want to build a successful career in the insurance industry.

About the Role

This commission-only position offers a unique chance to earn a significant income, with top performers earning up to $300,000 annually. You will be responsible for developing relationships with key personnel in First Responder agencies, delivering presentations, and ensuring compliance with sales and legal policies.

To succeed in this role, you should have strong communication skills, be able to work independently, and be self-motivated. Insurance experience is not required, but prior business ownership or 1099 experience is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain relationships with First Responder agencies
  • Deliver scripted presentations in group settings
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of products offered
  • Ensure sales, compliance, and legal policies are met
Compensation and Benefits

This is a 1099 position with performance-based bonuses. Meeting our minimum production requirements can translate into $100,000 of annual income. We offer a competitive compensation package, including performance-based bonuses, and opportunities for growth and development.

Licensing Requirements

You are not required to have an insurance license to apply, but you will need to obtain one through your state's Department of Insurance if selected for this territory.
