Job Title: Logistics Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Logistics Sales Representative to join our team at FitzMark. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with shippers across various industries.

With multiple offices strategically located throughout the United States, we have established ourselves as a trusted partner in the logistics industry.

About the Role:

  • Develop a pipeline of prospective transportation opportunities with shippers across all industries.
  • Generate new sales opportunities through cold-calling, emailing, and networking.
  • Gain insight into the organization and processes of a prospect or customer to optimize the best approach to provide solutions.
  • P prepar e pricing, rate negotiations, and transportation bids in a timely manner with respect to market demands and goals.
  • S upport the development of existing and new customers across all means of transportation.
  • C ollaborate internally with the carrier operations department and account management team to ensure FitzMark delivers best-in-class service.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is highly preferred.
  • A minimum of 1 year of sales experience is preferred.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • The ability to create and maintain strong relationships with customers through email, face-to-face, and telephone communication.
  • Impeccable negotiation skills with the ability to motivate and persuade decision-makers.
