Job Summary:
This is a leadership role that oversees and directs Human Resources Business Partners, assures that recruitment and talent acquisition and workforce planning strategies are created and implemented, employee relations matters are addressed, HR policy is implemented, and the coordination of HR functions with other HR leadership, such as compensation and benefits administration, employee health, OD and Training, HRIS, and management of HR staff directly or through team members.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree is required and a Master's degree preferred. Requires a minimum of five –seven years related HR experience and leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
Certification/Licenses:
PHR or SPHR Required.
