Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll & Benefits Coordinator to join our team at Sharpened Image in Union, NJ. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing payroll and benefits processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Capture and process weekly and bi-weekly timesheets
  • Process payroll through COATS and send to payroll partner
  • Follow up with employees and clients regarding timesheet approvals
  • Manage user licenses in Replicon and advise on new licenses as needed
  • Set up new hires in payroll and timesheet systems
  • Prepare and send out weekly invoices and backup files
  • Obtain new PO numbers and keep a roster of all PO numbers
  • Send requests to add new clients to COATS and follow up with new hires
  • Manage payroll-related inquiries and questions
  • Create and manage payroll reports
Requirements
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills
  • Great computer skills, including MS Word and Excel
  • Resourceful and able to anticipate needs
  • Great time management and organizational skills
  • Verbal and written communication skills
Education

A high school diploma is required, with an associate's degree preferred.
