Job Overview

Salary: $12.50-$14 per hour

We are looking for a dedicated Appointment Manager to enhance our client engagement efforts.

Work Environment: This position is fully remote.

The selected candidates will reach out to existing clients of Financial Advisers to facilitate the scheduling of meetings aimed at discussing their financial circumstances. New team members will receive training on effective practices for nurturing the Client/Adviser Relationship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with current clients of Financial Advisers via outbound calls and emails to:
    • Assess their interest in connecting with Financial Advisers through a series of scripted qualifying inquiries.
    • Maintain regular communication and follow-ups with all current clients.
    • Coordinate reviews of clients' existing accounts.
    • Organize the schedules and appointments for all assigned Financial Advisers.
    • Most contacts will have a longstanding and positive relationship with their Financial Adviser and will be expecting your call.

Important Note: This role does not involve cold calling or sales.

Professionalism: AMs are expected to conduct themselves with professionalism in all phone and email interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in sales, customer service, or related fields is advantageous.
  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent is required.
  • Successful completion of a Criminal Background Check is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) is necessary.
  • Ability to establish rapport with clients.
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor are essential.
  • Attention to detail is crucial.
  • Capability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
  • Consistent positive attitude and effort are expected.
  • A warm and approachable personality is preferred.

The base pay for this role starts at $12.50, with the potential for an additional $1.50 in incentives.
