Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Merchandising Specialist to join our team at ABARTA Coca-Cola Beverages, LLC. As a Merchandising Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining product availability and merchandising products at all designated accounts. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities
  • Replenish and face products on store shelves to ensure maximum visibility and sales potential.
  • Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to ensure seamless execution of merchandising plans.
  • Monitor and report backstock inventory levels to ensure accurate replenishment.
  • Identify and report unsafe working conditions to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Attend and complete Company training and certifications to stay up-to-date on the latest merchandising techniques and best practices.

Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Must have current vehicle liability insurance.
  • Must have a driving record with no major moving violations in the last three (3) years.
