The Maintenance Director is responsible for overseeing the maintenance of the physical building and equipment at Brighton Place West Healthcare & Rehab Center. This role involves supervising staff members and performing a variety of tasks to maintain the center's grounds and facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with the Administrator to ensure effective maintenance operations
- Maintain the building and grounds in a clean, safe, and orderly condition
- Repair and maintain basic functions of the center as determined by the maintenance director/supervisor
- Take care of tools and equipment
- Perform minor repairs on various systems and equipment
- Remain on call for 24 hours a day when assigned
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for patients and families
- High school degree or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of wiring, plumbing, and carpentry
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
- Verification of health and background as required by state law and company policy
