The Maintenance Director is responsible for overseeing the maintenance of the physical building and equipment at Brighton Place West Healthcare & Rehab Center. This role involves supervising staff members and performing a variety of tasks to maintain the center's grounds and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Administrator to ensure effective maintenance operations
  • Maintain the building and grounds in a clean, safe, and orderly condition
  • Repair and maintain basic functions of the center as determined by the maintenance director/supervisor
  • Take care of tools and equipment
  • Perform minor repairs on various systems and equipment
  • Remain on call for 24 hours a day when assigned

Requirements
