Position Overview:
As a Lead Embedded Systems Engineer, you will be part of a pioneering team within a renowned consumer electronics firm, focusing on a variety of IoT applications and technologies.

Compensation:
$110,000 - $125,000 + Company Bonus + Benefits + 401(k) 5% Match + Flexible remote / Hybrid

Location:
Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Role Highlights:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to enhance your technical expertise while taking a leading role in innovative projects. You will contribute your unique insights and designs to the expanding product range, gaining recognition for your technical proficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
* Full cycle software development for product lines, encompassing design architecture, maintenance, continuous integration, and drafting functional specifications.
  • Hybrid work model (1-2 days onsite each week)
* Core Technologies: RTOS, FreeRTOS, Microcontrollers, Bare Metal Programming, Python, Embedded C, Git, Jira, Wireless Communications (BLE)
* Engage with complex consumer-focused products.

Candidate Profile:
* Proven expertise in embedded and firmware development.
* Highly autonomous and self-driven.
* Experience in leading multiple projects simultaneously.
* Must possess the right to work in the US without sponsorship.
