Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will provide administrative support to our management team, ensuring the smooth operation of our shop. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop valuable job skills, such as communication, team building, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the management team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining records.
  • Assist with daily operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and customer service.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and partners.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of business strategies and initiatives.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of administrative experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
