Position Summary:
The Operations Coordinator plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to both internal and external clients by efficiently scheduling service appointments. This position requires strong problem-solving abilities and logical thinking to ensure service calls meet the expectations of both customers and the branch office. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate service appointments with clients to optimize efficiency, routing, and minimize overtime.
- Utilize scheduling software to assign the appropriate technician and document travel requirements.
- Ensure availability of necessary parts to maintain service quality.
- Manage technician schedules throughout the operational day.

Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in an office environment and customer service.
