The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced District Operations Manager to join our team. As a District Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our health clubs within your district. This includes managing vendor relations, property maintenance, and customer issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all company standards for club operations are met and resolve any issues while on site.
  • Utilize resources and systems to ensure facility presentation is in full compliance with company standards.
  • Manage vendor relations and property maintenance to ensure a high-quality member experience.
  • Resolve escalated member concerns quickly and thoroughly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or a minimum of 4+ years of Management experience.
  • Multi-Unit Management experience.
  • Passion for Health & Fitness.
  • Able to work full-time and drive to different locations.
