Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and direct all activities of operations in the region to achieve operational performance targets.
  • Lead and direct each quick lube manager by setting goals for continuously driving improved customer service, high quality professional services, and financial performance.
  • Ensure site managers are focused on priorities and are building their teams to maximize results.
  • Provide sales leadership to ensure all selling standards, opportunities, and expectations are being met.
  • Follow through to hold site managers accountable for safety, operational compliance, and for exceeding customer service expectations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience managing multiple units and geographically dispersed teams.
  • Proven track record of driving sales and motivating management and unit personnel to achieve/exceed financial goals.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word & Excel) proficiency.
