Job Summary:

EōS Fitness is seeking a highly motivated and experienced District Operations Manager to oversee the Service team and support day-to-day Operations tasks. The ideal candidate will have prior management experience, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for creating a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the Service team and support day-to-day Operations tasks
  • Develop a team that delivers exceptional customer experience and hits business objectives
  • Support the overall success of the clubs in their designated district
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with the Regional VP of Operations to achieve business goals
  • Manage budgets, inventory, and payroll
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of management/leadership experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of customer service experience
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience overseeing multiple locations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
