Job Summary

The Clinical Liaison will work closely with the healthcare team to coordinate admissions and care throughout the continuum of services. This role ensures timely completion of preadmission screens, achieves specific patient outcomes, and evaluates variances as necessary. The Clinical Liaison will also ensure appropriate utilization of resources and services by reviewing admissions, duration of stay, and professional services rendered. Additionally, this role will involve marketing services to assigned territories, meeting minimum monthly referral quotas, and networking/traveling up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate admissions and care throughout the continuum of services
  • Ensure timely completion of preadmission screens
  • Achieve specific patient outcomes and evaluate variances as necessary
  • Ensure appropriate utilization of resources and services
  • Market services to assigned territories and meet minimum monthly referral quotas
  • Network and travel up to 50% of the time

Requirements

  • Associates degree in a related field
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Knowledge of medical terminology
  • 1 or more years of clinical experience as an LPN, RN, PT, OT, SPL, or RCP
  • Current clinical license in the state of SC (LPN, RN, PT, OT, SPL, or RCP)
  • BLS required
