The Executive Administrative Coordinator is responsible for a variety of administrative tasks that support multiple levels of personnel within the organization. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responds to phone inquiries and directs them appropriately.
- May receive, review, prioritize, and distribute incoming correspondence and materials.
- Coordinates and maintains scheduling and event calendars, including travel arrangements, client appointments, meetings, and conference calls.
- Organizes and oversees document management systems.
- Prepares and creates presentations, memos, reports, correspondence, and various projects.
- Manages travel, meetings, and other events, while overseeing calendars and room bookings.
- Assists with basic accounting tasks as needed.
- Requires consistent attendance and a dependable work ethic.
- Adheres to all safety protocols and regulations during work hours.
- Undertakes additional projects and responsibilities as assigned.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritizing workload with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in identifying, analyzing, and resolving issues.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in administrative support roles.
COMPENSATION:
CorVel utilizes a market-based approach for compensation, and salary ranges may differ based on location. Pay rates are determined by factors such as federal, state, and local minimum wage laws, geographic location differentials, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, internal equity, and market conditions. These ranges may be adjusted at any time.
For roles with levels (I, II, III, Senior, Lead, etc.), new hires may be placed at a different level based on assessments during the interview process, considering experience, qualifications, and overall suitability for the position. The level may influence the salary range, and these details will be clarified during the offer process.
Pay Rate: $19.43 per hour
