Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations of batch samples in accordance with established specifications.
  • Analyze raw materials based on specifications and compare Certificate of Analysis (COA) results.
  • Maintain precise documentation of testing outcomes and produce certificates of analysis.
  • Oversee the sanitation of equipment and perform swab testing.
  • Execute internal quality assurance audits.
  • Engage in special projects as directed.
  • Carry out equipment inspections and calibrations.
  • Assess production lines for adherence to quality assurance protocols and specifications.
  • Ensure proper management of allergens and compliance with the Allergen Control Program.
  • Guarantee organic segregation and adherence to the Organic System Plan.
  • Audit staff compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • Investigate customer feedback and ensure equipment sanitation.
  • Conduct sensory evaluations of ingredients and finished products.
  • Report quality-related issues and implement necessary corrective measures.
  • Oversee quality and food safety inspections during shipping and receiving processes.
