Key Responsibilities- Develop and analyze statistical data and product specifications to determine present standards and establish proposed quality and reliability expectancy of finished product.
- Formulate and maintain quality control objectives, coordinating with production procedures to maximize product reliability and minimize costs.
- Direct workers engaged in inspection and testing activities to ensure continuous control over materials, facilities, and products.
- Plan, promote, and organize training activities related to product, quality, and reliability.
- Investigate and adjust customer complaints regarding quality to maintain customer relations.
- 4-10 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products.
- Ability to work extended hours as needed, in potentially hot, cold, dusty, etc. conditions.
- Requires walking, sitting, lifting, pushing, pulling, and climbing to a significant degree.
