KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Brooksource, you will cultivate a network of enduring, personal, and professional connections with prospective consultants. We strive to deliver an exceptional experience throughout the recruitment process by sourcing and evaluating qualified candidates to align them with opportunities where they can thrive. Our specialists advocate for their candidates, ensuring accessibility, authenticity, and a deep understanding of how they can enhance their job search and interview journey. Here’s what you will be responsible for:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to ascertain client hiring requirements.
  • Develop strategies to identify candidates with niche skills that meet client expectations.
  • Conduct thorough internal interviews to qualify candidates before presenting them to external clients, including phone, in-person, and virtual interviews.
  • Evaluate applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to ensure the best fit for open roles.
  • Offer resume guidance, mock interview preparation, job offer support, and interview feedback to candidates.
  • Manage a variety of daily tasks while tackling new challenges and opportunities.
  • Provide comprehensive onboarding and ongoing support to create enthusiastic advocates among our consultants throughout their project assignments.
  • Consistently achieve weekly performance metrics related to calls, interviews, and placements.
  • Establish personal and team objectives through regular goal-setting sessions with your manager and recruitment support.
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the company or typical for the role.
