Talent Acquisition Specialist

The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a crucial role in sourcing, evaluating, and managing candidates for both temporary and permanent roles. This position collaborates closely with the sales team to address open job requisitions while overseeing candidates throughout the recruitment journey. The Specialist will engage with business stakeholders, leadership, and subject matter experts to effectively plan and execute projects in a timely manner.

Primary Duties:
- Proactively seek, evaluate, and recruit suitable talent to meet job requisitions.
- Maintain, review, and actively utilize a candidate skills matrix during recruitment processes.
- Conduct weekly interviews aligned with performance targets.
- Generate leads through professional networking, candidate interviews, and other interactions that bolster business development efforts.
- Utilize Bullhorn to document all activities, notes, and essential information for managing and expanding a portfolio of business while planning daily tasks.
- Collaborate with colleagues to cross-sell and/or fill open roles across various business lines and national practices as appropriate.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 0 to 18 months of experience in B2B sales and/or recruitment is required.
- Relevant advanced experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
