Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Brokerage Escalation Specialist to join our team at Strategic Staffing Solutions. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolving complex issues related to financial products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Support internal and external customers with inquiries and complaints regarding financial products and services.
  • Issue Resolution: Seek ways to determine appropriate course of action, conduct investigative steps to identify the issues, and process complex transactions online.
  • Compliance: Perform moderately complex initiatives to resolve client issues and review complaints for regulatory and non-regulatory flags and classify risks appropriately in case management system to ensure customer issues are addressed while maintaining compliance with internal company requirements and standards.
  • Escalation: Receive direction from supervisors and escalate non-routine client concerns to more experienced individuals.
  • Communication: Interact with internal and external customers to respond to the raised concerns, as well as determine an appropriate course of action.
  • Negotiation: Serve as an intermediary between parties to resolve disputed matters, negotiates, and enact settlements accordingly.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of contact experience in a Financial Services environment, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, or education.
  • Skills: Series 7 certification, brokerage operations experience, customer service experience, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Training: 30 days of onsite training - 5 days on/ 5 days remote after training is complete.
