Job Summary:

The Warehouse Logistics Coordinator will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of medical equipment and supplies to our clients. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Logistics and Inventory Management:
    • Manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of medical equipment and supplies.
    • Ensure accurate and timely inventory tracking and reporting.
    • Develop and implement efficient logistics processes to minimize delays and errors.
  • Delivery Operations:
    • Coordinate and execute delivery schedules to ensure timely and safe delivery of equipment and supplies.
    • Verify the accuracy of delivery manifests and reports any discrepancies.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Quality Assurance and Compliance:
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
    • Conduct regular audits to ensure accurate inventory levels and proper storage procedures.
    • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance overall quality and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Education and Experience:
    • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field preferred.
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Skills and Abilities:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software.
Working Environment:

The Warehouse Logistics Coordinator will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with frequent exposure to medical equipment and supplies. The position requires the ability to lift up to 150 pounds and work in a variety of weather conditions while making deliveries.
