  • Input and structure research information within databases or electronic platforms.
  • Conduct regular quality assessments to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
  • Support the recruitment of study participants and facilitate the informed consent process.
  • Maintain communication with study participants and coordinate necessary study visits.
  • Ensure compliance with ethical, regulatory, and institutional standards.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory documents to appropriate entities.
  • Organize and maintain study-related materials, including case report forms and protocols.
  • Keep study files accurate and current.
  • Coordinate logistical aspects of clinical trial operations, including the ordering and distribution of study materials.
  • Assist in scheduling and organizing study visits, tests, and procedures.
  • Monitor and track the progress of the study and participant recruitment.
  • Prepare regular updates for the research team.
