As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for operating a forklift to move materials around the warehouse, loading and unloading trucks, maintaining accurate inventory records, inspecting the forklift for maintenance issues, and following safety procedures while operating the forklift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a forklift to transport materials and products within the warehouse
- Load and unload trucks with a forklift, ensuring accurate and efficient material handling
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, including tracking and reporting on stock levels
- Inspect the forklift regularly to identify and address any maintenance issues
- Follow all safety procedures and protocols when operating the forklift, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others
