Job Duties:

  • Manage phone calls, respond to inquiries via text or email, and ensure timely communication.
  • Maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and oversee filing systems.
  • Occasionally supervise specific areas of business such as after-school programs and workshops.
  • Foster collaborative relationships with educational institutions and community organizations.
  • Oversee paperwork and contracts within the office.
  • Monitor registration attendance and report to management.
  • Ensure quality programming through staff training and evaluations.
  • Maintain confidentiality and contact lists.
  • Support sales and marketing efforts, including social media management and email campaigns.
  • Assist in organizing key events and special projects.
  • Occasional lifting of teaching materials may be required.

Education and Experience:

  • Preferred college education, but not mandatory.
  • 1-3 years of prior administrative or customer service experience.
  • Teaching experience is a plus.
  • Must have work authorization for the U.S.
