Job Duties:
- Manage phone calls, respond to inquiries via text or email, and ensure timely communication.
- Maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and oversee filing systems.
- Occasionally supervise specific areas of business such as after-school programs and workshops.
- Foster collaborative relationships with educational institutions and community organizations.
- Oversee paperwork and contracts within the office.
- Monitor registration attendance and report to management.
- Ensure quality programming through staff training and evaluations.
- Maintain confidentiality and contact lists.
- Support sales and marketing efforts, including social media management and email campaigns.
- Assist in organizing key events and special projects.
- Occasional lifting of teaching materials may be required.
Education and Experience:
- Preferred college education, but not mandatory.
- 1-3 years of prior administrative or customer service experience.
- Teaching experience is a plus.
- Must have work authorization for the U.S.
