This role will be responsible for assisting the Director of Community Relations in maintaining maximum occupancy of the community and developing a waiting list of future residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist new residents in getting acclimated to the community upon move-in.
  • Manage all marketing inventory as directed.
  • Assist the Director of Community Relations in creating and hosting marketing/sales events.
  • Network with outside referral sources.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work one weekend day per week.
  • Computer literate with knowledge of MS Office.
  • Must be a Notary Public or attain the Commission within 6 months of hire.
