We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Strategic Sales Planner Intern to join our Demand and Inventory Planning team. This 10-week internship program will provide valuable exposure to demand forecasting, replenishment planning, and business analytics.

About the Role

As a Sales Planning Intern, you will assist in learning the fundamentals of forecasting and inventory planning for our product categories. You will analyze statistical forecast models in the supply chain planning system to ensure the system is developing the best forward forecast.

  • Analyze and review historical sales data to identify trends and patterns.
  • Develop and maintain accurate forecasts to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory levels and minimize stockouts.
Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Assisting in the development and maintenance of forecasting models.
  • Analyzing sales data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Communicating findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • A degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Marketing, or Math.
  • A minimum GPA of 3.0.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience with data analysis tools.
Project

Interns will work on a group project to research and present a solution or recommendation based on white space within the company. This project will give interns an opportunity to work with cross-functional departments and individuals across multiple locations to create a positive change.
