We are seeking an experienced Account Director to join our award-winning Account Leadership team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing strategic plans, and leading project teams to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client relationships and develop strategic plans to drive business growth
  • Lead project teams to deliver high-quality marketing solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies
  • Monitor project budgets and scopes, assessing estimates to actuals and managing Change Order process as needed
  • Interface with clients and internal functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, information management, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in an agency, digital marketing, CRM, or consulting environment
  • Proven track record of managing client relationships and developing strategic plans
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
