Job Description

The Client Services Project Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of high-quality services to clients. This position will be responsible for coordinating project execution, internal collaboration, client communication, and reporting and documentation.

The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, critical thinking skills, and the ability to efficiently gather and process information in a fast-paced environment.

This position is non-benefitted, but ApTask offers subsidized insurance coverage to its employees.

Responsibilities
  1. Meet project requirements, including kick-off meetings, deadline management, client status reporting, and other necessary project communication.
  2. Coordinate with various operational teams to deliver all project deliverables on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards.
  3. Responsible for working with internal operational groups throughout the projects' lifecycles and coordinating deliverables to meet project objectives.
  4. Respond to client communications timely and accurately, understand client needs and feedback, collaborate and consult with clients and/or support project management team in doing so.
  5. Provide project reporting, perform analysis of reporting to ensure quality and contextualize results for client, draft project telephone scripts and website text, assist in development of business rules.
Qualifications and Requirements
  1. 1+ year work experience with direct client/customer contact in a professional environment.
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, calm demeanor.
  3. Critical thinking skills and the ability to efficiently gather and process information in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Bachelor's Degree or other relevant industry experience is preferred.
  5. Experience with MS Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook.
