Job Overview

UnisLink is seeking a skilled Client Onboarding Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Revenue Cycle Management team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate the onboarding process, ensuring timely and accurate setup of client information.
  • Work closely with clients to gather necessary documentation and credentials, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for each client, adhering to company policies and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to configure and set up client information in our systems, ensuring data accuracy and synchronization.
  • Conduct onboarding training sessions for clients, providing guidance on the use of RCM tools and processes.
  • Address client inquiries and provide ongoing support during the initial onboarding period.
  • Identify and address any issues or challenges that arise during the onboarding process, working collaboratively with internal teams to implement timely and effective solutions.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of onboarding processes, suggesting enhancements to streamline operations and improve client satisfaction.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service during the onboarding phase.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in client onboarding within the healthcare or Revenue Cycle Management industry is preferred.
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance requirements related to revenue cycle management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and system setup.
  • Proven ability to identify issues and proactively work towards resolutions.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Comfortable using various software and platforms related to client onboarding and revenue cycle management.
