Job Summary

This is a Housekeeper position at Hyatt Place Atlanta/Norcross/Peachtree hotel. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining clean and attractive guest rooms, hallways, and public areas in the hotel.

Responsibilities
  • Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly and service-oriented manner.
  • Maintain regular attendance and comply with hotel standards and regulations.
  • Thoroughly clean and restock guest rooms, including removing trash and dirty linen.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor or manager, including deep cleaning activities.
  • May be required to disassemble furniture or items in the guest room to conduct deep cleaning.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
  • Ability to work well in stressful and high-pressure situations.
